Child Safety
 Envision
an officer ensuring the safety of your children going to or
coming home from the bus stop, or just being there as they
play outside. Older children who have to be home alone or
leave for school alone are especially considered. Their
homes are carefully watched, and officers are ready to
respond in a moment’s notice. It’s not something we like to
think about, but seconds matter in fires, burglaries, and
abductions.

CPR
and AED Certified
 When
seconds matter, fully trained security officers
are a quick phone call away. Each Community
Watch Officer is fully trained in first aid and
is certified by the American Heart Association
in CPR and AED (Automated External
Defibrillation) procedures. Each bicycle is
equipped with a first aid kit, AED machine,
amber strobe lights and more.
Unfortunately, without prompt treatment 50
percent of the victims of cardiac arrest do not
survive after 5 minutes of an attack; An
additional 10 percent of the victims are lost
with the passing of each minute. Trained
caregivers plus on the spot treatment mean the
difference between life and death.
